i dont like how they buffed rivens aoe execute and garens is only single target no reset

which is bigger range and a cone and scales with ad ,with decent ad ,not full ad it says 1300 in tootlip and garen is melee and doesnt scale

buffed garens counters too hard

800 easily done on squishy and around 500ish on tanks
