sounds in the champs select

Dear riot,

because queue times take so friggin long to complete, I tend to eat or something while waiting.

which means that I might be staring at the screen and oblivious that it's my turn to lock in

so please either give us a chance to turn off sound notifications that aren't notifying us it's our turn to lock in, or adjust the sound notifications for when it's our turn to lock in so that they are much more distinct than they are now.

also, please give us the ability to adjust the volume of voice (or lower its default volume) because the voices are WAY too loud in champ select!
