Best solo q carrying champ?
I have high hopes that I can one day get out of Bronze. I think that's soon. I need a champion that can snowball well and just simply carry. This is opinionated and I'm accepting all opinions.

but in seriousness someone that is out of the meta like yorick or rengar can usually carry really hard once you start to learn them.
Quick tip, if you get stuck in last pick as support choose someone who you can damage with, dont worry to much about actually supporting. Annie, Velkoz, Morg so on and so forth. Chances are your ADC isnt really even decent let alone good enough to capitalize on your CC/initiates and combos

Rammus. He counters every single AD champion if you build him right.
The rest is up to you kid. Grab some MR or maybe some Crits...doesn't matter...those Carrys will shred themselves.
Oh one good thing to keep in mind, it literally does not matter how good or bad your team is, the enemy team will always mirror your team (it might be 3 games afterwords but it will happen eventually) So at the end of the game what I suggest you focus on is your own personal score (not KDA) How many objectives did you take, for the ones you didnt score last hit on were you around throwing pressure? Were you setting it up for that objective to be taken? And also focus on dying the least amount possible. If there are 4 bot lane and knocking on your first turret and you have no assistance en route just leave, your one man stand may be pictured as valiant, but its still stupid and now your down for 30 seconds while they steamroll on to your 2nd turret.
