Jayce: The Cancer of Top lane.

Here, I propose a decent nerf/buff:

His ranged AAs now cost mana. What does this do? It accentuates his role, he is the hybrid champion, he can go ranged and it has a severe maintenance cost, which would force him to buy tear and spend money on mana, in exchange, by being ranged he gets safety and harass. Or he can go melee, which is much less mana intensive but puts him in danger. This makes his laning less oppressive, and allows his build to be tuned to his needs depending on each game. If you don't plan on interacting a lot with the enemy laner you go tear and farm from afar, and if you know you can burst them you go lethality knowing that if you over-harrass from a distance you risk not having enough mana for the all-in.

Boom, fixed champion.

I lol at all the hate posts about Jayce. Just pick someone with sustain and damage and it is easy. My personal pick against him is Tryndamere.
