~Some Issues with NEW CHAMP SELECT~

So far things that bother me about Champ SELECT:

• You are Kicked if you do not Lock in (after selecting a champion)
• You are Kicked if you do Ban a champion For both cases you receive a timer penalty which is totally silly. Assume somebody needs extra 30 seconds to stall to Get a tea? Now the person is punished for it? Please fix it <3
• You cannot buy Skins After selecting your champion.

These are really annoying and unnecessary issues.
