can named passives combine someday?

Not in the way that they do the same thing and you buy two just to compound effects, I mean two items when finished, add on to each other's effects.

here's an example

you have Athene's Unholy Grail, but you think the stats and active on Mikael's crucible feel just too good to pass up, so insteal of wasting space the two finished items would grant this a bonus for getting both (hypothetically, not that this would be it)

combined passive mana rage the base damage on your abilities is increased by 1% for every 2% of mana you are missing

This is all hypothetical of course, but I want to know what you all think of this idea
