Activated items CD doesn't shown in allied TAB menu

I was wondering how could I see the CD on allied ults, used summoner spells without knowing how many actives my teammates have?

Some of it maybe an arguable choice since they have a shorter CD, but if you consider defensive items - knowing the timer on those is a must - in every stage of the game.

Not to mention the remaining "charges" on these ones:
