Just lost a promo due to a crash -_-

So i am B1 and in my promos to S5 and i was 2/1 then my league client crashed so i am now 2/2 ;(. And my friend said that i was still in the room so i re logged and i could join in a que? I then re logged again but this time it said i had quit out of the lobby. Just wanted to let riot know this is a thing is is happening or to not quit and wait for the program to respond.
