[New Item]AP upgrade for Warden's Mail

I was thinking about mages like that deal a lot of damage by attackspeed & magic damage. Do we actualy have an item in the game that suppose to counter this. Everyone complains about the Sated snowball against mages. That's why this suggestion:

• Recipe: +
• Stats: +60 armor, +40 ability power, +6% movement speed
• UNIQUE – COLD STEEL: If you are hit by a basic attack, you slow the attacker's attack speed by 15% for 1 second.
• UNIQUE – TENACITY: Reduces the duration of all crowd control effects by 35%, except for Suppression, Stasis and Airborne effects such as Knockbacks, Knockups and Pulls.

Recommand champions for this item . Basicly tanks with decent AP ratio's. Also known as AP bruisers & just Tanks that have some kind of AP scaling.
