Runes: Arcane Comet, Ultimate Hat, Absolute Focus, Scorch Sudden Impact, Relentless Hunter

Not intended at all as a ranked build, and I have yet to even test to see how it performs.

I am curious however about the interaction with his W and Arcance Comet? Will AC drop at the location of initial impact, or where the enemy champ lands after the knock back?
