Can someone please do their job and either fix auto-fill or disable it?

If it's not clear what's going on, I'm queued for as mid/top, and get auto-filled to support. The other person is queued support/mid, and gets assigned mid. The system could have given both of us one of our desired roles, but decided 'nah fuck it, let's auto-fill.'

This is fucking sad. Imagine having a blatantly broken system in production for this long.
