Dynamic Queue doesnt work? Then lets fix it together!

Dynamic Queue doesnt work as good as hoped, so lets fix it, together! What does not work? "Fair" Matchmaking, Roles and Queue Times. How can they be fixed? 1. "Fair" Matchmaking: 1a) For Solos: Remove 4 man Teams. 2-3 premade teams are manageable, but you have no chance against OR with a 4 man team. If they decide to to something, you ether do as they say or you will definitly lose. 1b) For Teams: Only 5v5s or, if absolutly not possible otherwise, vs 2&3 teams. An Fullteam vs Solos is NEVER fair. If the team uses their advanted correctly, the solos are doomed.

2. Roles: Gives us a 3rd Option. The 3rd should have extra ones too: Fill without ..., Fill with priority ..., Fill after x mins(depens on average queue time) etc. .This will give the matchmaking system more Infomations and thus better, more accurate results. If you wanted top and adc, but are fine with fill after that, you would queue as top+ adc and not as top+fill, so there would be more people for all roles.

3. Queue Times: Simple, just do 1. and 2. .How/Why? What are the biggest problems that cause long queue times? 4-5 teams(hard to balance, solos gets taken away and even screwed too) and to much specific roles. So just remove/fix those problems. This alone should improve queue times by ~25%, if i had to guess, maybe more. This will even prevent that a player gets stuck for years in the queue. Extra: If you got x times your 2/3 role you get your first role 100% next game.

4. Additonal Stuff:

• show premades in your team and enemy team. It can be a huge disadvanted, if you dont know that there are pres in your or the enemy team.
• show the "wanted" roles. We can adjust our final roles better if we know what our teammates wanted/"are good at".
• give Solos IP REWARDS TOO! It would be nice to play with others but not everybody wants or can play with friends. Solos have been neglected... no were trampled one since the beginng of season 6. We just want atleast a little bit too!
• be more open with stuff. Like what is your top Priority, what are you working on, what plans do you have for the future etc. the video you did, which got gutted, is the first step in the right direction!

I know these changes are bad for 4 man teams, but it is better that you find a 5th guy you can properly communicate with, then getting a random one which gets excluded(yes it does not happen always but atleast I had alot of bad expirence with it). You still have normals where you can play as 4 and train for the 5v5s. And it will improve Queue times and fairness alot, there is always a tradeoff if you want to improve!
