Give Friends Permission to Spectate You

Make it so when you click spectate, a request pops up for the player in game (make a timer on it so it can't be spammed) where you can type some command like /p for permission to spectate. With a 5 minute delay instead of 3 so that people can't spectate and remind people about summoner spell cooldowns or other calls that would be important. You could also make it so you can only spectate from your friends PoV (if he's on blue side, you can only spectate blue side).
