Riot please make a change to the blue and yellow eye items, they are shit

No one picks them up because why would you pass it up over the active of talisman and frost queen, you should change it so they are more useful

the sightstone changes were the most disappointing thing about the season 6 rework, adc's got all this cool shit, and we get these crappy " we couldnt think of a way to make ap supports like picking up sightstone even though the community has made 100s of posts about it, lets just tape them together lol"
