Bard as a Tank
Bard is big and fluffy like a tank. Make his heal scale off his max hp instead of AP. If he,s big and fluffy it makes sense.

YES. His AP ratios are so crappy that having a max-HP ratio instead on his heal might help people to build him better. Hint: don't build him like a glass cannon Sona.
bard as a tank is like any generic squishy as a tank except without damage or cc or healing or an ult.
And maybe make a hidden pasisve that his hair grows longer the more HP he has?I like dthe mountin trailer because it showed his ˝flying˝ like some kind of snake/dragon.I want that,RITO pls!
Right now
isn't worth the effort.
His damage output is basically 0 because even when you get 50 meeps you still need 3 "meeped" AAs to clear caster minions (just to give an idea of how low it is) and his only damage tool (Q) deals even less damage.
Surely one could live with that if his other tools were strong or supportive enough to make it a treath... His ultimate is only useful in minimal situations, his squishiness forces him to build several tank items meaning that his heals and damage are even less powerful. His shrines are only good for the speed boost because even charged up they lose hugely in power once you get to midgame. His tunnel is either bugged or really hard to get through.
Any other support is treathening by him/herself (See Karma, Nami, Sona, Lulu, Zyra, Janna, Soraka and even Orianna) while he is not. He is too dependant on team to capitalize each single thing he does but he himself cannot do much.
I played bard in an ARAM match as support tank. It really worked out. He brings utility, then itemize sustain (in cdr and defenses) and it can work (ofc ARAM. we were lucky we had a midrange team vs another mid/short range team.
His ult is a good Ohmwrecker for dives. Aslong as people hold off on taking his healing shrines till they are atleast fully charged, they are worth it.
Would be nice if he either didn't tickle the enemy or fall over with a stiff breeze.
I feel like both his heal and his Q should scale with HP instead of AP
