Ping Issues ?!?

is anyone else experiencing high ping for no reason ? i went from getting 42 at most for my ping with a steady 32 now i play at a base 45 and randomly spikes to 78+ ms during games and i play jungle and with this upcoming season this role comes how to the micro and macro of the game and i just feel like this ms is holding me back , no on else is on my wifi and im using a wired connection .. out of no where my ping became an issue [sg-soraka]
