What if, instead of his current ultimate's passive, he would shock whatever auto-attacked him with the same 2.5 sec cooldown? Like being shocked by static electricity. The damage or the cooldown could be nerfed a little to make it fair of course.
The randomness of the current passive is more just annoying than useful. :/
Tbh, the randomness is really annoying if you don't have relic shield. Adcs always complaining -.-

I find it really embarrassing when I accidentally take kills/buffs from teammates with my passive, I think it would go a long way to avoid awkard situations like this. Plus it creates an interesting mechanic where Blitz would want to land hooks when is passive is up, the aa+ Cancel with E.
