Garen E
Has anyone considered making Garen's E a channeled movable ability like a Lucian R or Taliyah Q? Just wondering as it doesn't feel right for someone to be disabled but still have the ability to swing their sword round their head.

this will accomplish 1 of 2 things.
either you will turn him into the lowest win % champion in the game.
or you will have to turn his spin damage up so far through the roof to compensate that he would essentially be an assassin, and shred your entire health bar during his silence.
hes already punished enough by hard cc in that you can easily walk out of the range of his spin and take no damage.
Yeah it's a bit interesting how could get entombed in ice by a lissandra ultimate but still go full throttle on his spin.
