They already have potential to kill and to tank throughout the entire game. Do not buff Illaoi's abilities. Also as a reminder, Mordekaiser is a nuisance and it needs his E passive to be reduced tremendously. Because it's pointless to stack Health/MR if he still ignores a huge percent of it and bursts a lot of damage with just an undodgable Q at early game.
