Show Positive Feedback for AFK Remake Solution

With the arrival (at long last) of a way to keep players from getting completely hosed by having an afk on their team, I think it's very important to show a lot of positive feedback and appreciation, for two reasons:

1. It's a nice thing to do

2. If you want negative feedback to be taken seriously (about something like, say, dynamic queue) then we need to establish that we are not a bunch of, for lack of a better word, haters, and that we recognize progress and good changes with positivity and praise.

So, great job Rito! This will make a lot of people feel better :)
