AZIR BUFF

Azir has one of the lowest win rates in the game, and we rarely see any azir showing up in games. I believe he requires a buff since he had been lacking a lot of early game damage. With all those massive nerfs Azir received it almost made him unplayable for many players trying to climb. The only time he becomes useful is when he starts scalling very late in the game. Most games now won't even go that late unless they are bronze to silver games since the pace of the game has become faster.
