Game mode for not wasting time

So. I don't have much time to play this game anymore, but this is still the only game I consistently play. Recently I purchased the pass to unlock the prestige Riven skin, but I realized later that it can only be unlocked with a ridiculous amount of grinding for 2000 tokens. Ok. I have made time in the weekend, but look at it this way: 6 tokens for a loss, 12 for a win. So at the very best you are looking at 333 losses or 166 wins. If a loss is at best case 15 minute surrender, thats 4995 minutes. For wins its 2325 minutes. That's 83.25 hours for lost games and 38.75 hours for wins. 15 minute surrender wins/losses.

In reality games last much longer. I'd say average is about 30 minutes, which is about twice as long. I don't mind grinding games, but my complaint here is that I'm tired of playing games where I have to start running it down mid because all lanes are losing, but there is always that 1 person that says, NEVER SURRENDER!! That's understandable for ranked games and such, but I'm not worried about wins or losses. I'm not trying to spend another 20 minutes for MAYBE another 6 tokens, when I can theoretically play this and another game for the same amount and possibly even less time, and I also have a chance of winning next game, so potentially 6+12 or 6+6 vs just 12 or 6.

My suggestion. Game mode where max surrender votes is 2.

Of course this would be a game mode that you volunteer to go to, so there is no surprise if your teammates ff@15. Actually. I think it would be even better if a surrender option would appear earlier if, let's say enemy team is like 20-5. I don't want to be banned and lose all of the skins I purchased and worked for by grinding for some stupid people that keep wasting my time.

Please understand. This game is 10 years old. That means some of us are 10 years older than we started playing. This is not our life. Be considerate and find a mode that is for those that don't want to waste time and still allow us to get the SAME amount of grinding coins ( ARAM provides way less coins to time ratio than summoner's rift).
