Ok we need elo based on certain roles

As a competitive game with 5 DIFFERENT roles, it is not smart to allow people at a certain elo to que for any role. You seriously need a separate elo for the roles you play. When a support main decides they feel like playing jungle in ranked, and it gives them jungle over me who actually does main the role, there is a problem. It is especially a problem when they are really a silver skill level at jungling. What is the logic in this? It ruins the game for everyone. I don't have anything else to say, its pretty straight forward. The que system in this game is completely broken.
