This has to be the worst excuse for a champ I have ever seen. he is in desperate need of a rework already and I am now resorting to wasting a ban on him just so no one in my games can play him. he Is an instant handicap on whatever team picks him. surely I am not the only person that thinks this

yeah it tells me that ornn is useless, nothing in his kit is any good compared to everyone else
