some visual updates that would be appreciated

i have been playing for quite a while now (2 years) and i see how league constantly changes and is dynamic in all senses. yet i feel there are some champs that are just abandoned in the dark. this can be said in terms of champion updates or even a VU. champs like aatrox really need help but champs like jax and teemo look ugly af tbh. it just doesnt look like 2017 league standards. these poor guys are still in 2015 lol standards. if not rework them, a VU would be really appreciated.
