Reporting Players Outside of the End Game Screen.

I was playing ranked, and had to go through 6 champ selects before people would go into game. One of them included my teammates leaving because our midlaner didn't get to be ADC like he wanted to and picked Draven anyway, saying he would int if anyone banned Draven. Even if I didn't go into a game with him in the end, I really wish I was able to report the guy for being such an asshole just because he didn't get the one and only role he wanted.

TBH, if you can only play one champion in one role, please stay out of ranked for now. Part of the game is selecting a champion to play based on your and the enemy team's comp, on top of being versatile and knowing about all lanes and how they work. Go learn a new role and some new champs and come back later.

Riot, please allow us to report players for being toxic even in champ select, because it happens and a ton of players who would rather not play with these inting assholes now have to wait in an extended queue because they didn't want to put themselves through the suffering and lp loss in the match.

Guys, please let me know what you think about this. Going through 2-3 champ selects before actually going into a ranked game is something i pretty much go through every game.
