Getting less and less LP in ranked for each win, 80% win rate in my last 25 games

My overall win rate this season has fluctuated, some patches worse than others.

Overall in season 8, I have a 51% win rate.

Before the last 25 games I was getting 15 to 16LP per win, and about -18 to -20 LP per loss.

In my last 25 games I have 20 wins.

Now I am getting 13 to 14 LP per win and -21 to -23 per loss.

I don't understand why this is happening. I thought it was supposed to go back up with more wins.

I don't believe you can rank up more than once every so often.

At least that's how it use to be. I've literally gotten 1 LP and twice got 0 LP from wins when I first played ranked because I was ranking up too quickly.
