I'm guessing that those random AP Mages nerfs is for post Mega Mages Rework? Aka: Project MMR? Jokes

I've noticed that Riot is nerfing alot of immobile mages such as Malz, Swain and other champion like Brand, Twisted fate. That are super strong in the current meta because of keystone such as deathfire touch and tunderlord decree. While those keystone were overpowered on them what about champion that used to benefit from them? Ziggs, Orianna Would that be an direct impact to their damage? Is there a bunch of items that could help every single AP champion without making others overpowered? If soo I just hope my poor Turrets would survive those ADC for at least 2 auto attacks.
