Tip for Vayne Players:

Vayne's Silver Bolts has NEVER worked with Runaan's Hurricane's passive, you can get Statikk Shiv and Rapid Firecannon, but please do not build Hurricane on Vayne IT DOES NOT WORK ON HER. If Hurricane did work then it would be drastically overpowered on Vayne specifically, which is why it was made to never work with Vayne.
