Make new conquerer weaker on ranged champs
Yes, it lasts 3 seconds on ranged champs compared to 8 seconds on melees. I don't think this is enough. If it is kept like this, then conquerer will be balanced around ranged champs, not melee champs. It's just like how Riot nerfed Camille jungle because they couldn't balance her in the jungle without hurting her top-lane viability. How about reducing the adaptive damage by a bit on ranged champs? That seems like enough for me.
