PBE 4/10 - Last Whisper Nerfs, Lifesteal Items Buffed, MYTU item adjustments, and more

Bloodthirster, Rav Hydra, and Death's Dance: +5 AD

Death's Dance: Damage converted to a DoT: 15% -> 30% Graves intensifies

> Adaptive Helm (new) Total cost lowered from 2800 to 2650g. Magic resist lowered from 70 to 55 Unique Passive effect increased from 15% to 20% Unique Passive effect duration lowered from 5 seconds to 3 seconds

Last Whisper/Lord Dominik's Regards/Mortal Reminder: Bonus armor pen lowered from 45% to 35%.

Lord Dominik's Regard: Bonus damage based on health difference increased to 20%. (and Mortal Reminder cries while left in the dust)

Executioner's Calling: Price increased to 1000

Rapidfire Cannon: Makes energized attacks charge 25% faster, max damage from passive nerfed.

Stattik Shiv: Max damage from passive buffed, deals 65% damage to minions from 120%.

Randuin's Omen: Slows attack speed by 5% more (20%). Or you could just make the item 3000+ gold and give it like 70 armor and high Hp too)

> Runaan's Hurricane Build path changed from [Recurve Bow + Zeal + 300g] to [Dagger + Zeal + Dagger + 800g] Bolt damage increased from 25% attack damage to 40% attack damage. [removed] UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks deal an additional 15 physical damage on hit.

The Black Cleaver: Armor shred reduced from 5% to 4% (Total down to 24%).

Tank mains rejoice, but so do some fighters.
