Option to disable dragon screen effects

The new "filter" that comes with an element taking over is really stressful on the eyes. It's tasteful at first but after a while things like the rain/embers can get distracting. In addition to the colors it does not make for an enjoyable gameplay experience, I think an option to disable or even turn down the intensity is a MUST if something like this is going to be added
