Finished season silver 2, 8-2 placements, bronze 1???

How is this even possible. I went 6-0, lost 2 games, then won my last 2 to finish my placements off 8-2, and I still get placed into bronze. Can someone explain this? I have seen posts of mid to low bronze players winning less than they lose and they still get placed silver? I'm sick and tired of this crap.

People spend so much time playing this game, just to get fucked over by riot when it comes to soft reset time. Giving the lower ranked players higher placements ranks than people who finished the season a full division over them. I saw many posts about people being surprised about being placed into silver after being bronze last season. How can it even be possible that after finishing bronze you get a rank increase? That's ridiculous.

Riot really needs to get their shit together and stop with the whole, make silvers place bronze so they have reason to play. Don't let the silvers place back into silver, because if we let that happen and people can't climb they are going to stop playing all together. But if we let the low bronze players get placed into silver, then maybe we can get them to play even more because they think this is their year to "shine".

Riot needs to stop with the mind games and actually start giving a shit about the people that play and pay their salaries, because at the rate this game is going I have a feeling the next couple of years League's player base will start to steadily decline.

It's just like what happened to WoW, different game style I know but when people started to complain about Blizzard not giving a shit about it's player base that is when the game started to go downhill, because the sad thing is they actually don't care about us, we are nothing but another paycheck to them. Riot needs to get their shit together and listen to their players, not abuse them by using mind games to get their players to play more.
