my thoughts on pbe locket

at first it seems like a nerf considering no hp scaling shield for you and nearby allies in an instant. now it's a % dmg reduction that can be left for use from other allies. you can either drop it off in front of the enemies turret to make them back away from it, or if you are playing zilean support, and ulted the adc you can double bomb the team that's standing on them hurry up, and go over to drop it, and run etc
