Clerity of life buff to poppy

I wish poppy had better hit box detection or add something as small as 3 units to her e collision since after the nerf to her e she cant even hit pins that should go off and stun by such a small amount it is depressing it can hit when it should this will help poppy be still viable but not to good sine it will just help her get the stunn she should be getting
