URF for custom games

I believe a lot of people would love to be able to play URF year around. With TFT and ARAM being there, doesn't seem fitting to put a 5th gamemode onto the list, why not put it into custom games where the people who want to urf can get together as a community and play it. Or something similar. Would be extremely enjoyable for me and for a lot of people, I'm sure.
