I don't understand why the balance team is this bad at their job

literally one-shotting me all game instantly from full health. No item to counter his instant damage. Infinite move speed and walking through walls let him take every buff and gank all three lanes simultaneously.

press R every minute for the free kill every time. No counter what so ever.

a one-man army. Can easily 1v4 or 1v5 end game. Can kill instantly in one stun. If you flash, no problem, he'll be back in about 10 seconds to get the free kill. Nothing you can do.

can't be targetted by any CC thanks to alpha-avoid-all-damage-strike. An ult that never ends and true damage to make sure you can't build defense against him.

I just don't understand how obvious it needs to be that the game is really unfun to play right now because some champions are a guaranteed free win every time.
