Add a small amount of speed to minions when standing next to a certain amount of minions like it has to be a whole wave or something
Each rank can allow your team to get the haste buff 5 min earlier so if you got an air dragon already you can get the haste buff at 15 min instead of 20 min vice versa.
Let acquiring 3 air drags allow the late game home guard buff to scale much earlier like reaching 150% at 30 min instead of 40 min.
