she has a 47.73% win rate at support

for 23rd out of 28 supports

I don't see a problem with doing ADC support the game needs some uniqueness in bot lane.

A support Ashe for example would team up great with a Slayer like Yasuo or Fiora in the bot lane

Well, for a champion to support they need to be able to provide something useful that doesn't scale much with gold. Usually this is CC and defense.
