I need an Bot Lane Champion to fill with.

I'm a Top/Jungle main. I play Mid and Support pretty decently too.

However, I recently got autofilled as ADC and had to play Sivir. Needless to say, we lost.

I have completely given up on ADC at this point, and I need a champion who is a decent substitute as a Bot Laner.

Any suggestions? I'm guessing Ziggs is still viable, but he's not my favorite.

MissFortune would be my recommendation.

For all of last season I played mainly Mages in the midlane and her playstyle is closest to that of a Mage.

Her entire kit is very intuitive. Your main goal is to land your cone-shaped Ultimate in a team fight. That's all you have to do. I recommend setting R to smart cast (and not Quickcast) for easier aiming.

Its nice that you have an AOE slow, movement speed boost, and a point and click Q damage ability.

I'd definitely pick her, she does enough damage, is fairly reliable, R once mastered is very good. Also, her playstyle is like a Mid.

Caitlan is probably the best option tbh, though she can be banned so twitch or ez might be bestter

Any suggestions?

My best advice if you're not too familiar with the ADC role would be to play a champion who is safe, reliable and easy to play. I'd personally recommend either Caitlyn or Ashe. They're both easy to play, relatively safe and scale into late game monsters.

I am a Top/Jungle main as well.

When I get filled bot, I typically turn to either Mordekaiser or Jhin.

Mordekaiser is very familiar as a Top/Jungle main, especially if you primarily play Juggernauts or Tanks. Playing him bot against ranged characters will take getting used to, but with a little practice, it can be a good and reliable choice.

Jhin is easy because he doesn't get high amounts of attack speed. I can land skillshots just fine, so not having to adapt to rapidly escalating attack speed is a really nice crutch to lean on if you're transitioning away from Fighters or Tanks.

Thresh ADC.

Seriously, learn him and you can play any other ADC. They'll all be so easy and simple after Thresh, with easier-to-get scaling and stronger abilities early game.

My personal stance on the game, play the most difficult champion to practice, if you need to go hardmode pick an easy.
