Rengar Bonetooth necklace

As a fellow Player , I still feel like his Bonetooth necklace isn't as useful as it use to be back in Season 4. The Bonus Ad given isn't so much, If the player is going crit Rengar and after a while of playing the stacks just doesn't feel that important, unlike his old Bonetooth necklace in season 4. Where he is able to get more than 5 stack with bounces to his jump range and movement speed when he reaches the requirements. When I first tried Rengar in season 4 he was much smoother to play in my opinion. He was still able to quickly one shot every one and the bonus on his stacks just feels much better than the current one. So overall I just want Rengar Bonetooth necklace to be a little better, like giving him a some bonus movement speed because he is chasing down the pray like how he is in his lore. If movement speed is to much than a little increase in jump range would still be nice. Every time I gank as a Rengar, it will either be lvl 6 or i would go hide in noticing that my range is to short to jump and I have to tell my laner to bait them to me which is pretty hard for my team to do considering it will be to obvious for the opponent.
