Jungler looking for ways to be better

As of late, ive been playing some ranked, but everytime i get in the game, it repeats the same process:

• Get a good early gank off; put that lane ahead
• get another good gank off; sum/kill/pressure
• farm really efficiently
• laner doesn't do so well, gives a kill or two
• And then after a few more deaths on our team the game just spirals out of control After that happens I cannot do anything to bring my team back from the brink, and they either get super tilted, or they chase kills until their fingers bleed and my enemies have a massive gold lead and have all of my jg warded

What are you meant to do when your laners are legitimately the ones dragging you down? And chances are if you have something really basic to say like ward around the place, know that ive been trying to main jungle for a year now, so I know most of the basic/behind the scenes type of assistance that I can give, im talking more strategies I can use to:

• Get laners back on track
• Give advantages to use and abuse
• Deal with fed enemies, sometimes teams
• Whether I should push or team fight, seeing as team fights will 100% be lost when their team is ahead
