I want to see Riot make Olaf the most unstoppable but slow juggernaut. Idea inside:
Basically movespeed boosts, boots, and dashes or blinks arent in hid kit except for a very situational movespeed increase. He would never get movespeed higher than the base otherwise.
The morde rework made me think of an idea to make a pure Juggernaut Olaf. Here are some things in his kit.
325 movespeed that can never increase or decrease(except for a situational situation).
The only mobility he truly gains is running towards an enemy champion that is damaging him and he hasn't damaged recently. Gains more speed the more damage taken and if he hasnt hit them.
Is the most ridiculously tanky champion that allows him to survive even in bot lane. Late game tankier than an Alistar at level 16 with 5000 health, 300 armor and magic resist, and ult active._EXAGGERATION _
Would have the highest damage in game if ever put in range, like ridiculously high damage. Imagine Illaoi except tankier but damage ramps up similar to Darius just a little bit faster and when ramped up 1 shots. Imagine an ADC outplaying you with a 1k crit but a melee doing a 5k crit to a vayne walking melee range of Olaf with 325 movespeed.
Has insane sticking potential similar to his current iteration but with a stronger slow but he doesnt gain the movespeed bonus because he hit somebody.
Is super prone to kiting. While he cant go below 325 movespeed his bonus movespeed from his passive mentioned earlier can be slowed to permanently keep him at 325.
No longer has the immune to CC ult but now gains 1% tenacity towards hard CC for every 1% missing health. Once he hits below 50% max health and gets hard CCd he breaks it and becomes immune to all hard CC for 6 seconds or something.
Wouldnt have sustain in his kit but is really fucking hard to kill, needs a team to ensure he can do damage, basically replace ADC "protect the carry comp" but a "hold the enemy for Olaf comp".
