You are so bad at designing well balanced champions. Remove all true damage from the game then its balanced.

It sounds crazy...but it just might work...
...or not, but who knows?!?
All they need to do is to reduce the damage output and the healing.. she can be defeated, but her sustain capacity and healing just makes it too difficult, you can just lower her life to 100 and she will get fully healed just by hitting minions or figthing with you.
