I just don't understand how to improve at this game
I have played this game for over 4 years, and I have not ever, not even once, improved past Silver League. I got Gold 2 Seasons ago, and then I didn't play Ranked at all after that because I didn't want to drop back into Silver, which I did the next season, and this season, I'm in Bronze.
And I can't get out.
No matter how much I try, it seems like the people I play just play perfectly. I feel like they don't make any mistakes, and that no matter how hard I try to play, I never win simply because they're just too good.
I don't understand how people can just... play this game and hit Plat. It seems like they are pros to me. I just don't get it. People point out mistakes that they make such as, you should have killed this person here because you could have. How am I supposed to know that? And how do you know I could have?
Experience isn't really gonna cut it. I've played for 4 years. I have enough experience that I should know what's going on. I just don't understand.
Mostly, I'm just frustrated with lack of improvement after months of coaching, replay reviewing, training in custom games, and a bunch of other stuff. I just can't do it.
I'll never get out of Silver. And I hate it.

Try also other champions that can push fast or escape - Trynda, Trundle, Yi, Udyr, Shen, Xin, Fiora, Jax.
Forget about your team and focus on the turrets. You don't have to kill or fight. Tell your team to waveclear and play safe. Watch the map.
After you take a turret, rotate on the map to other turrets, if the enemy tries to camp you and send your bot/mid/top whatever to your lane.
Ask the jungler to come and help you take turrets, if you see the enemy laner is recalling.
If there is a fight near the enemy inhibitors, ignore the fight and take the inhibitor, if you can. After you take an inhib, take baron and take another inhib.
Even if your team is bad, the enemy will 90 % with 3 inhibs down.
