Have you guys ever considered scrapping a patch?

Because it seems so many times when a patch goes wrong, and gets a lot of hate feedback you seem to go through with it anyways.

For example this patch with Xin Zhao, why and what was the objective in buffing the living hell out of that champion? He was already fine and moderately played. Now he just gets banned every game.

Can you guys for once consider scrapping a patch, or just stuff in the patch? Or just, tell us that you're going to buff the ever living hell out of something before the changes are locked in. Thank you.
