Ability to mute pings of players

I know that you can mute the sounds of the pings, but you can't mute an individual player's pings. I would like this so that when someone is just unnecessarily ping spamming, I can mute them. And I don't want to mute the sounds of the pings because they help me notice them.

Instead, i just think the ping indicator on the minimap is too big. It's as big as a hero's portrait on the minimap. When ppl ping more than once where the action is happening, you can barely see anything and it's annoying.

In dota 2, the ping indicator is transparent. So even if you ping a millions of time, it won't bother me at all.
