Riot Please fix the champ select we NEED MORE ALERT when its our turn to pick

Im so sick of Q ing and people not picking there champ in time. Including myself! if your busy with something and its your pick can't there be more warning? I keep losing ELO and time from getting kicked out of champ selects.
