a few things for kassadin

its not major stuff but would definitely help him over all 1.make his W passive gain 5 dmg per rank because right now its just something to help you cs and outrade poke mages who are bound by cooldowns 2.give him more magic resist you might say "his passive exists idiot" well lets be honest poke mages and other mages will give 0 shiz bout it late game.im thinking like 1-2 bonus base mr and a mr gain less then 1(maybe 0,2-0,25) 3.instead of removing the stacks on his E make it so his E is retroactive this means it begins to gain stacks before skilling the ability(aimed at his early game) 4.maybe a few base dmg and ratio tunes
