Help on Fixing an In-Game Problem

I just want to know if it's just a quick glitch that'll go away or something i'm going to have to deal with. I played two games in draft mode and i couldn't move. It's not just that i couldn't move either. I couldn't speak in chat to let my teammates know I wasn't trolling. My cursor stuck to the default computer cursor and i couldn't cast abilities either. I have a video i recorded of it but i don't know how to share it or where to post it.
